Delete from the app
Open PianoSpark > Settings > Delete Account, read the confirmation and complete the deletion. This removes your account and associated cloud profile, learning progress and content managed by the service; anonymized safety records or required billing/security records may remain as explained in the privacy notice. The app clears the relevant local account caches.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@nolab.dev with subject “PianoSpark — Delete account”. Send from the email associated with the account if possible and identify that the request concerns PianoSpark. Apple Private Relay users can identify the relay email linked to their account. We may ask you to prove account ownership. Do not send a password or one-time code. We will explain the applicable deletion process and any records that must be retained.
Cancel billing separately
Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel through the relevant store before deletion if you wish to stop renewal. You can also request access or correction of data without deleting your account.
