Using PianoSpark
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and using the service lawfully while respecting other users. PianoSpark provides guided piano practice, music creation and learning tools. AI generation output and note detection can be inaccurate; they do not guarantee musical results or replace qualified instruction. Features may depend on compatible instruments, device permissions and a network connection.
PianoSpark PRO and local prices
Monthly, three-month and annual plans provide the PRO tier described in the app. Store-localized prices, billing periods, availability and any usage limits shown before confirmation govern your purchase. Introductory offers are available only when the store confirms eligibility for your store account. A trial shown for another account or product is not a promise of eligibility. A PRO purchase applies to PianoSpark, not automatically to other NoLab apps.
Automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds
Apple charges your Apple Account when a purchase is confirmed. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; Apple may charge renewal within the final 24 hours. Manage or cancel through Apple Account subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions on Android. Restore Purchases is available in the app; sign in to the PianoSpark account associated with the purchase. Deleting the app or your PianoSpark account does not cancel store billing. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store subject to its policies and your mandatory consumer rights.
Your content and AI output
You must have the rights needed to submit or publish content. You retain rights you lawfully hold in your original work and grant us the non-exclusive permission needed to process, store and display content through the features you choose. Publishing makes content available to others. AI output may resemble other works; we do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or clearance for commercial distribution.
Community safety and enforcement
Do not publish harassment, sexual exploitation, hateful or threatening material, infringement, impersonation or fraudulent leaderboard activity. In-app reporting and blocking tools are available for community content. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts for misuse. Contact support@nolab.dev to report a rights violation or appeal an action.
iOS license and your rights
The iOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, linked below. These service terms supplement that license and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. We may change or discontinue features with appropriate notice where required. Liability, remedies and any dispute rights remain subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
