By accessing or using any NoLabs application, website, or service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Accounts & Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Service.
3. Pro Pass Subscription
The NoLabs Pro Pass is a paid subscription that grants access to premium features across eligible applications. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features remains active until the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and trademarks within the Service are the property of NoLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NoLabs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
